We do not now charge for cancellations. Still, if you have made a deposit and decide to cancel, the deposit will be credited to your account. Please note that this policy is open to change without notice.
What is a temperament test and why do I have to get one?
In summary, temperament testing is essential for the safety of our staff and all dog tourists. It enhances the canine-canine bond. It contributes to a better understanding of canine behavior. This ensures we pair up dogs with similar play styles.
What do you do if my pet becomes sick?
While we certainly hope this never happens, we have a set of procedures ready. These guarantee that your pet gets the medical attention it needs. They also protect all other tourists. If your pet becomes sick, we will first contact you and your regular veterinarian. We will then take whatever steps you and your veterinarian consider appropriate. If your veterinarian is unavailable, we will contact you. We think immediate action is necessary. We will go to the nearest emergency room, just like you would if you were home.
